FAQ'S

Where are you located?

We are founded and currently located in Huntington Beach, CA. 

Do you have a physical store?

We do not. We are an online only store.

Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?

No. We do not require you to create an account in order to place an order with Blue Loa

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for all US orders over $100 (before taxes).

Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship inside of the USA. We hope to offer international shipping in the future if we see there is enough demand. 

When will my items arrive?

We do our best to make sure that your order arrives as fast as possible. Most orders take 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday) to process. From there, all items are shipped via USPS. We provide delivery estimates based on the USPS service you choose at checkout. USPS does not guarantee their shipping dates and we cannot guarantee them either, but the average delivery time ranges from 1-3 days. 

When your order ships, you should receive an email from USPS that will include your tracking information. You can use that tracking number to look up where your package currently is, as well as the estimated delivery time. 

I input my shipping address wrong. Who do I contact to fix it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@blueloa.com. If we haven't processed your order, we may still have time to update your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we will have to wait for your package to be returned to us by USPS before sending it out to the correct address. Any re-shipments, due to incorrect information provided by the customer, will be invoiced for additional shipping fees. 

Can I exchange/return my items?

Yes. We accept exchanges and returns up to 14 days. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@blueloa.com. If we haven't processed your order, we can issue you a refund. If your order has already shipped, a refund will not be issued until all items have been returned to Blue Loa. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. 

What size should I order?

You can view our sizing chart HERE. Our product descriptions may also have additional information to help you make a better decision on what would be the best fit for you. 

How should I care for my items?

We generally recommend for each item (unless otherwise stated), that you machine wash cold with like colors, wash the garment inside out , and air dry or tumble dry low. We don't recommend ironing your garments. If you must, avoid the printed decorations on the garments, as it may ruin them.

When will you be getting a particular item back in stock?

From time to time, we may run out of stock on some of our items in the store. Chances are, we are already in the process of restocking those items! To be notified of inventory restocking, you can follow us on our Instagram, Facebook, or TwitterFinal Sale and Limited Edition items will most likely be gone for good once we sell out. 

Why am I not getting Blue Loa emails?

If you subscribed to our newsletter but haven't received any emails, they may be hiding! Some email clients can mistakenly block our newsletters as spam, and divert them to your spam or junk folder. To avoid this, be sure to add support@blueloa.com to your email’s address book.

Who do I contact for wholesale inquiries?
