Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, our policy lasts 14 days from the time you received the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- be unwashed and unworn
- be in the same condition that you received it
- be in the original packaging
Note: All sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
*To exchange or return an item(s):
- Please email us at email@example.com before you send us your item(s). We will not accept any returns without prior notice.
- State in your email: your name, order number, whether it’s a return or exchange, and the item(s) you are sending. If you are exchanging an item, let us know the size and style you wish to receive as your replacement. Size and style exchanges are dependent on inventory availability.
- Once you have received an email back from us, please send the item(s) to:

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
*The customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) back to Blue Loa. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There are certain situations where we will only issue partial refunds:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, or without our prior notice.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com. In the email, include your name, order number and incorrect item that was delivered. We will take care of the issue at no additional cost to you.
Shipping & Order Status
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on US orders over $100 (before taxes)
At the moment, we only offer shipping inside of the USA. We hope to offer international shipping in the future if we see there is enough demand!
We do our best to make sure that your order arrives as fast as possible. Most orders take 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday) to process. Our shipping costs are calculated by weight, and our items are mainly shipped via USPS. We provide delivery estimates based on the USPS service you choose at checkout. USPS does not guarantee their shipping dates and we cannot guarantee them either, but the average delivery time ranges from 1-3 days.When your order ships, you should receive an email from USPS that will include your tracking information. You can use that tracking number to look up where your package currently is, as well as the estimated delivery time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure to double check all your information before checkout. If you discover that you used an incomplete or invalid shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we haven't processed your order, we may still have time to update your shipping address. If your order has already been shipped, we will have to wait for your package to be returned to us by USPS before sending it out to the correct address. Inputting the correct address, contact email, and contact phone number is the responsibility of the customer. Any re-shipments, due to incorrect information provided by the customer, will be invoiced for additional shipping fees.
Cancel An Order
If you would like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. If we haven't processed your order, we can issue you a refund. If your order has already shipped, a refund will not be issued until all items have been returned to Blue Loa. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
